On National Indigenous Peoples Day, board the Sunshine Trolley with local Indigenous tour guide Brenda Mercer to visit the Collections of the Esplanade Arts & Heritage Centre, where Director/Curator of Galleries and Collections, Xanthe Isbister will highlight important Indigenous items and share insights into their significance and preservation.

Hop back onto the Sunshine Trolley to visit the Saamis Tepee, where Brenda Mercer will share the historic importance of where the Saamis Tepee sits and the Saamis Archaeological Site located behind the structure, referencing preserved photos from the past.
