Sunshine Sips Series | Cocktails Edition

Hop on the Sunshine Trolley to sip handcrafted cocktails, and dive into the details of what makes a delicious drink.

Start the tour at Nosh. in Medicine Hat’s historic downtown for a hands on “make your own cocktail” class, with a light snack included.

Next is to note: comfort food + drink inside the historic site, Hargrave Sissons Block. Owner Miranda will lead a bartender-to-table experience, talking about the quality ingredients that are combined to create the Lavender Lemonade Bourbon Smash. Guests will enjoy the cocktail with an appetizer sample.

Ride the Sunshine Trolley to Medicine Hat’s speakeasy lounge, Grit City Distillery, where all liquor is distilled in-house. Be shown the secret demonstration behind the smoked cocktail, before sipping it yourself with a sample of the house-made deviled eggs.

At the end of the cocktail experience, guests can either stay at Grit City Distillery to enjoy the rest of the evening or head back to the Visitor Centre on the Sunshine Trolley.

All ticket holders must be 18+.

Start location is at the Visitor Information Centre, 330 Gehring Road SW.
At the end of the tour, you have the option to stay at the last stop and continue the evening or head back to the start to find yourself a safe ride home.
