Trolley Art Series: Pottery Edition

Tour local galleries, meet passionate artists, and create a piece of artwork yourself to take home.

The group will experience an exclusive Artist Talk with artists from Medalta's Artist in Residence Program. Unique to this tour, find out what it's like to live and create inside Canada's National Historic Site. Ask questions, have a look into the behind the scenes, and learn how Medalta is growing the pottery artist community on an international level.

The next stop is Art Room on 2nd, where the group will be greeted with Hors d'oeuvres and introduced to a number of Southern Alberta and Southern Saskatchewan artists throughout the gallery, showcasing painters, potters, and copper artists.

Finally, the group will meet with Aurelia with Cosmic Clay Studio, for a hands-on clay experience. The group will have their hand in a beginner-friendly workshop hosted by the owner, who's been a pottery artist for over a handful of years.
